CNC milling operator wanted in Madison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Madison County, Iowa. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Your main tasks: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
