Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Angelina County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Meals and transport allowance provided.
