We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Ward County, Texas. You will work at a busy roofing firm. You should have: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day The role involves lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
