We are recruiting: plant operator (California)

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Mendocino County, California. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. On the job you will handle: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
