Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Lincoln County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Day to day you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers.
