Immediate opening: fire and safety officer (Ekiti State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. The job is at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements.
