Now hiring: lift installation engineer (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Lyon County, Kentucky. Day to day you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
