Join our team: we are hiring a cold room technician in Rowan County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge You should have: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold 6+ years on the tools preferred.
