Urgent requirement: external wall insulation fitter (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. You will be based at an industrial plant. Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
