Urgent requirement: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Monroe County, Tennessee. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling The role involves: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
