Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Gordon County, Georgia. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
