Structural MIG welder wanted in Hoke County

Now hiring: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Hoke County, North Carolina. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
