Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Sussex County, Virginia. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
