MIG/MAG welder wanted in Polk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Polk County, Missouri. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
