Great opportunity: we are hiring a security guard in Cumberland County, Virginia. You will be based at a shopping mall. You should have: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid On the job you will handle: • Write up incident reports after any disturbance • Patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency Full-time, day shift.
