We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
