Bar bender and fixer — Greene County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Greene County, Illinois. You will work at a high-rise construction project. What we are looking for: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Your main tasks: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
