We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
