Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
