Join our team: bakery assistant (West Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
