Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Henry County, Alabama. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. The role involves excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up.
