Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Person County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
