Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Kaita, Katsina State. The job is in a hospital canteen. You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
