Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Franklin County, Mississippi. The job is at a banquet hall. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
