Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
