Requirements: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines On a typical shift you will fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware.
