Great opportunity: powder coating technician (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Alamance County, North Carolina. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
