We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machinist in Lenawee County, Michigan. The role involves measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
