Prep cook wanted in Sioux County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Sioux County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
