Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Performance bonus on top of base pay.
