The role involves seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates.
