Powder coating technician — Thurston County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Thurston County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
