Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Conway County, Arkansas. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch 4+ years on the tools preferred.
