Coating plant operator wanted in Henry County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Henry County, Alabama. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
