Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Dubuque County, Iowa. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
