Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Mora County, New Mexico. The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime 6+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
