Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Jackson County, Arkansas. The job is at a cold storage facility. On a typical shift you will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
