Join our team: we are hiring a stone mason in Rabun County, Georgia. The job is on a hotel and villa renovation project. On a typical shift you will work from cutting lists and installation drawings; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets. Requirements: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
