Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Stockton-on-Tees, England. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer £2,050 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
