Steward — Plumas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Plumas County, California. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
