Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Jefferson County, New York. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. The role involves: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints You should have: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Driving licence for travel between sites $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
