The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
