Tandoor cook — Northwest Hills Planning Region

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Northwest Hills Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 4+ years on the tools preferred.
