Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Portage County, Wisconsin. The job is at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen We offer $29 per hour plus benefits.
