Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Tehama County, California. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules The role involves: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Full-time with occasional weekends.
