Tile mason • Orleans County, Vermont

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile mason in Orleans County, Vermont. You should have: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) On the job you will handle: • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
