Join our team: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Akure North, Ondo State. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending Your main tasks: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
