We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line helper in Fisher County, Texas. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
