Great opportunity: we are hiring a packing operative in Jefferson County, Illinois. You will work in a food packaging factory. The role involves: • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling 1+ years on the tools preferred.
