Coating plant operator • Polk County, Wisconsin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Polk County, Wisconsin. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Part-time with flexible hours.
